Sales and Shipping

Please read the sales and shipping requirements carefully.  We accept credit card payments, Paypal, and money orders.  See section below on ordering and payments for placing an order paying with money order.  Use the appropriate shipping method for the country that you are having your package shipped to.  For example, if you are ordering from Europe, do not choose a domestic shipping method!!!  There are three shipping zones:

Ordering and Payments

We accept most major credit cards and Paypal. We also accept money orders (domestic orders only) and they must be in U.S. dollars. To place an order using a money order, send payment to:

If you are paying with a money order, please email us with your request. Make sure to email us with your correct shipping address, and your desired method of shipping. Shipping charges are indicated by the shipping tables below. You may provide us with your order and shipping information through email at sales@kratomcats.net.

Shipping

We ship every day Monday through Friday. Cut-off times are 2:30pm Monday thru Friday and 10:30am on Saturday.

We ship all packages same day if received before the cut-off time. All other packages are shipped the next available shipping day. Shipping confirmation emails, including tracking numbers, are emailed in the evening after all packages have been shipped.

Please note that Kratomcats cannot be held responsible for any shipments delayed or confiscated through customs, state, or local authorities. We are not responsible for any fees or delays that may be incurred by customs. Please see our policy below on lost shipments. Kratom is legal in every country we sell to. We will always ship your order in discreet packaging. If you would like special packaging instructions, such as shipping your order as multiple smaller packages, then email us at sales@kratomcats.net to set up special delivery instructions and costs.
 

 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as well as Express Mail. Delivery time is 2-3 days for Priority and 1-2 days for Express. We also offer free First Class Mail with delivery confirmation for any size order. In addition, Priority Mail service is free for orders over $100.

Note that Express Mail is overnight to most locations, but can take 2 days to a small percent of locations. It is a misconception that Express delivery time is dependent on how far away you are from the shipper. This has nothing at all to do with it. It is instead dependent on how far you live from a major U.S. Postal Service Hub. To see if your Express shipment will take 1 or 2 days, simply go to this link http://postcalc.usps.gov/ and input your zip code and our zip code (60097), and you can find out delivery costs and times for any shipping method. Express Mail is also guaranteed to arrive by the date specified or they will refund the full cost of shipping.

Please read the domestic shipping table below for a complete list of services and costs. All domestic packages are insured against loss. See Lost Shipments section below for information on lost shipments. Below is a table illustrating shipping and insurance costs for orders placed within the United States. Shipping is determined by the dollar value of the order.

International Shipping

For orders outside of the United States we offer First Class Airmail, International Priority, and International Express Mail through the U.S. postal service. Note that only International Express Mail is insured, as it is the only form of International delivery that uses tracking. Therefore, we will fully replace a lost international order only if you use International Express Mail. See the tables below for rates and estimated delivery times.

NOTE: Kratomcats is not responsible for any delays or fees incurred by foreign customs. We do our best to insure discreet packaging, however, if the customs department of your country decides to inspect the package, this is out of our hands. There is much less chance of smaller package being targeted for inspection, and hence delayed. We list the package as incense samples on the customs declaration. We will not falsify the contents of the package, so please do not ask us to list it as anything other than incense.

Lost Shipments

If for some reason your package is lost in the mail, Kratomcats will immediately replace your lost order, and we will deal with the insurance claim through the post office. Hassle free for you, the customer. International orders using First Class or Priority Mail do not apply. Foreign customs delays and seizures do not apply. We are also not responsible if you provide us with incorrect shipping information. Please make sure you carefully provide your correct shipping information to us!
